At Pinwheel Pets we believe that caring for your pets in their own home is much more beneficial for your dog’s well-being than boarding or kennels. Travelling and staying in unfamiliar surroundings can cause copious amounts of stress that can lead to other health issues. That’s why we offer a non invasive, in-home dog sitter service. Your dogs will have all the creature comforts of their own home and receive care tailored to suit their needs which can include walks, feeding, play and of course, lots of cuddles!

No, our dog sitter service involves looking after your pet the their own home.
We believe giving your dog access to their own crate, bed, food, and toys in their own familiar surroundings provides a much more relaxed, less stressful experience for them compared to kennels or boarding services.
Keeping your dog at ease, at home, is key for your dog’s comfort and also prevents exposure to fleas, ticks, and diseases such as kennel cough.
Unfortunately not. Our dog sitter service is intended for short bouts away from your dog.
Visits can start from 07:00 am and end as late as 01:00 am the following morning, but our sitters will not be able to stay with your dog overnight.
Our minimum time slot for dog sitting is one hour. Booking lasting two or less hours do not include a walk, however, if you would like your dog walked during this time, please book a walk separately.
If your booking is due to last more than two hours, a walk will be included, if required, at no additional cost.
Absolutely! We offer a 50% discount across all of our services for additional pets.
Additional pets must be permanent residents in the same household as the ‘main’ pet, and be legally owned by the same person to qualify for the discount.
Of course! We understand that letting someone you don’t know personally into your home when you’re not there can be an anxiety invoking experience.
Many of our clients have multiple cameras installed inside and outside of their homes and we have no problem with this whatsoever. We simply request that you don’t post that video of us slipping on dog poop to YouTube without telling us first 😉
